POSITION: ALUMNI SECRETARIAT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
OBHS National Alumni Association
The OBHS National Alumni Association is seeking a responsible and organized individual to manage the daily operations of the Alumni Secretariat.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the Alumni Secretariat office.
* Maintain alumni records, files, and documentation.
* Attend to visitors and respond to alumni inquiries.
* Manage official communication channels including email and social media platforms.
* Support alumni registration, membership updates, and basic administrative tasks.
* Assist in coordinating alumni meetings, events, and development initiatives.
Requirements
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media platforms.
* Ability to work independently and maintain proper records.
