"Christ reigns in our hearts, our families, and our community."

Yesterday, we celebrated the Feast of Christ the King, a solemn reminder that Christ’s love, peace, and leadership reign above all. The celebration was even more special as it beautifully coincided with our Visiting Day.

Our parents joined us not only for the Holy Mass but also for the Eucharistic procession, walking in faith and unity with their children. It was a truly moving sight, families praying together, lifting their hearts to Christ, and witnessing the grace of community that defines us at Gonzaga Jesuit College.

Moments like these remind us of who we are:

-A community formed in faith
-Rooted in love and service
-United as one Gonzaga family

May Christ the King continue to reign in our hearts and guide our students, parents, and staff in all we do.

UNITED NATIONS DAY & MID-TERM BREAK BEGINS

"Peace does not mean an absence of conflict, but the presence of justice, understanding, and goodwill."

Today, as the world marks United Nations Day, we at Gonzaga Jesuit College join in celebrating the spirit of unity, peace, and cooperation among nations.

In our Jesuit tradition, we remind our students that they are global citizens called to build bridges, promote justice, and serve humanity with compassion.

As we begin our mid-term break, we thank God for a fruitful first half of the term and encourage our students to rest, reflect, and recharge for the days ahead.

Together, we pray for peace in our world and harmony in every heart.

WORLD FOOD DAY

"We are most human when we share our bread with others."

Today, as the world celebrates World Food Day, we at Gonzaga Jesuit College reflect on the gift of nourishment and the virtue of service.

Inspired by St. Martha, the patron saint of cooks and hospitality, we honour all who serve others with love, reminding us that even the simplest act of preparing or sharing food can be an act of faith.

In our Jesuit tradition, we teach that food is more than sustenance, it is a sign of gratitude, community, and care for one another.

Today, we also celebrate our hardworking kitchen staff, whose daily service ensures that our students are well-fed and ready to learn.

May we, like St. Martha, find joy in serving others with humility and love.

As a College, we joined the global community in celebrating the strength, intelligence, and grace of every girl.

Formed in the Jesuit tradition, our mission goes beyond academics; we nurture girls who are grounded in faith, guided by values, and ready to make a positive impact in the world.

Every Gonzaga girl is a leader in the making; confident, compassionate, and committed to service.

We celebrate our girls today and always, for they are the heart of our shared future.

Our Gonzaga Jesuit College Cultural Day was beautiful. Showcasing the rich diversity and vibrant traditions of our ethnic groups, the
students and staff shared their cultural heritage through music, dance, art, and food, fostering unity and appreciation for one another's backgrounds. The event was a memorable experience, highlighting the beauty of our differences and the strength of our community.
