10 LESSONS FROM RICH DAD, POOR DAD

1. Manage your money:

Many people are able to make money, but not everyone learns how to manage it properly.

Financial intelligence starts with learning the difference between assets and liabilities.
ensure that you have more money coming in than going out, which is what will make you richer.

2. Pay Yourself First:

Most people earn and spend their salary paying bills.

A rich person always pays himself.

Invest in
- Courses
- Books
- Experiences

3. Saving and investing are different:

Saving is considered a must and a good habit.

You need to invest your money instead where it grows at a higher rate than inflation.

Saving weaken the purchasing power while investment will increase the value of your money.

4. Learn taxes:

If you are rich and lack financial literacy, you will end up paying a lot of taxes.

The rich have their investments often in learning, so they have to pay fewer taxes.

You need to have financial IQ in different areas like accounting, investing, market forces, and the law.

5. Do not rely on a single source of income:

Most people rely on a single source of income.

You can never become rich and financially secure if you are one of those.

You should have 2 to 3 streams from where you earn money.

You will be in better position even if you face some financial crisis if you multiple income streams.

6. you become smarter by taking risk:

Unless you take a risk, you cannot grow, grow as in grow really big.

You should take a risk because some opportunities in life have the potential to change the course of your life.

7. Everyone needs to be a financially literate:

Intelligence solves problems and produces money.

Money without financial intelligence is money soon gone.

The sad part about the education system around the world is that it teaches to work for money.

The system never teaches how to make, manage, and keep the money.

You should learn how to create wealth and make a plan to achieve financial freedom.

8. Mindset is everything:

Poor dad always used to say” we can’t afford this “whereas rich dad teaches him to replace it with “how you can afford it?”.

In This way, replace your negative attitude into positive and you will definitely find ways to do achieve that target.

Your attitude and mindset matters the most.

The first and foremost thing to do anything is that you must believe in yourself.

9. Surround yourself with people smarter than you:

There is a very popular saying ‘If you are the smartest person in the room, then you are in the wrong room.’

If you want to be smart, surround yourself with people smarter than you.

10. Control emotions:

The situation only gets worse for you when you are not able to control your emotions.

The statement holds good for both personal and professional life situations.

You should learn to control your emotional balance and be focused on accomplishing your financial goals.

RAW FAITH SERIES: APOSTLE AYO BABALOLA AND DAVID OLULANA BABAJIDE, DESTINY RELATIONSHIP 2.

Babajide met Babalola after the event of Oke oye, though most account referred to 1938 as when they met.

The subject here is their relationship that the world may never forget.

Babalola known to be very kind and accommodating took Babajide as a friend and son.

They were always together, though Babajide have undergone ministerial training before meeting Babalola but it was recorded that his life and ministry began to blossom when he met Babalola.

While Babalola means the father is a blessings, Babajide means the father have came, truly two fathers merged to father a move that remained the only revival that ever took place in Africa.

Outside praying and fasting together, Babajide was a good protégé to Babalola.

One thing about the great Apostle Ayo Babalola, he didn't treat anyone less nor inferior.

Till date, he is still referred as one of the most humble person to ever live in Africa.

He once went to deliver God's oracle to the late sage Obafemi Awolowo, he was told he was sleeping, Baba waited till the evening and was told to come back.

He did go back but was not allowed to see Awolowo.

God gave him a word for Awolowo, it was actually the recipe that the late sage missed and the rest is story.

It was in the company of his beloved protégé Babajide.

Babajide was so obedient that some folks thought he must have been hypnotised but alas he was the only one that could be trusted with power when Babalola went to be with the Lord.

There was a time someone brought a car as gift to the great Apostle, he said give it to Babajide he will live long.

One thing that stood that relationship out was the synergy created through selflessness.

Babalola trusted Babajide so much that he would send him anywhere he couldn't go and he will go anywhere Babalola sent him.

It is beyond father and son relationship, its destiny partnership.

If you think Babajide was not anointed in those days, you will need to peruse history more.

He was anointed but yet obedient.

Anointed people are not disobedient people.

People of faith are not known for betrayal and self aggradisement.

Faith doesn't make a man rebellious.

Babalola was known not to argue with people, this same trend was in the great Prophet Babajide.

While Babalola replicated everything that was seen in the Azuza street revival, Babajide carried the spirit of the prophet of old.

Babalola trusted the voice of God more in Babajide than anyone else because of his truthfulness, humility and sincerity.

That's the recipe for destiny relationship.

There was no contention of rhema and visibility, it was purely the kingdom of God to them.

Their passion was intact, Jesus or nothing.

I didn't say they were contemporary, what I wrote here was the destiny relationship that sustained the revival until late 70's and early 80's when the motives changed as the move grew wider.

Never misinterprete my last paragraph, it was not Babajide that changed the motives, the Nigeria church changed in the late 70.

That singular move birth many things that looked like the extension of the revival which is not true compared to the original move.

Babalola shared relevance and stage with people not only Babajide, but the closest of them all was the great prophet.

Many people want destiny relationship without sacrifice and sincerity, it won't work.

I shared yesterday about Cliff Burrow and Billy Graham, the same pattern was evident.

During the coronation of Oba Akinyele, the first CAC President, it was Babajide that sang that great song, Agbara Re ga ju ti ota lo oo, imo Re ga ju ti esu lo, Olorun ko seunti ni, oso aye kole di o lona ise re, agbara re ga ju tesu lo.

Babalola was at that meeting where Jesus shut the mouth of the devil, he didn't try to steal the show.

Destiny relationship is not for show it is show God.

The men of old understand faith beyond miracle, they walk together, no wonder God wrath wonders through great works.

Faith is not for miracles alone, it is for living.

Faith makes us know our place in life and ministry.

Beyond the miracles through faith, you will need to understand the principles of faith, one of which is humility to walk and work together.

The faith restoration mandate is what I am giving, may you be full of faith in the name of Jesus.

Faith is the only currency for transgenerational impact.

I see the Lord showing you great mercy with advantage for supernatural surplus in the name of Jesus.

Blessings.
