History Made! NAOS Federal Polytechnic Offa Chapter Hosts Maiden Ramadan Lecture and Package Distribution.

March 21, 2025, marked a significant milestone for the National Association of Oyo Students (NAOS), Federal Polytechnic Offa Chapter, as they successfully hosted their inaugural Ramadan lecture and package distribution. This landmark event, led by the chapter's President, Hon. Comrade Muritala Abass (aka Undefeated), brought together students from various backgrounds, promoting unity, solidarity, and spiritual growth.

The event, which was attended by esteemed guests, including FOSSU, FOGSU, FIBSA, NAOOS Presidents, SP of NAOOS, NAOS President of 22/23, and students from various departments, featured a thought-provoking lecture delivered by Ustaz Abdul Lateef Muhammad Mustapha. The lecture focused on the significance of Ramadan and the importance of spiritual growth.

The package distribution, which followed the lecture, demonstrated the association's commitment to student welfare and well-being. The event was a testament to the unity and solidarity among Oyo students on campus, showcasing their ability to come together and promote a sense of community and belonging.

The Students Union Government Executive of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, led by Comrade Hammed Damilola Adebayo (DA-BOSS), paid a courtesy visit to the Rector of the institution, Engineer Kamoru Kadiri, on March 21, 2025.

The purpose of the visit was to present the NIPOGA vest to the Rector and to assure him of the Students Union Government's full support for the upcoming Nigeria Polytechnic Games (NIPOGA) IJAKADI 2024, scheduled to take place from April 5th to 12th, 2025.

The Rector, Engineer Kamoru Kadiri, expressed his appreciation for the visit and commended the Students Union Government for their hard work and dedication to the institution. He was particularly pleased with the NIPOGA vest presentation, which symbolizes the institution's participation in the upcoming games.

Engineer Kadiri, a seasoned educator and engineer, has been at the helm of the Federal Polytechnic Offa since his appointment as the 5th Substantive Rector in April 2023. Under his leadership, the institution has continued to thrive and make significant strides in academic excellence and extracurricular activities.

ORIENT DEVELOPMENT FORUM (ODF) FEPOFFA CHAPTER HOSTS SUCCESSFUL RAMADAN LECTURE AND PACKAGE DISTRIBUTION.

The Orient Development Forum (ODF) FEPOFFA Chapter, led by President Oladebo Sodiq Alagbe (aka Obaloluwa), successfully organized a Ramadan Lecture and package distribution event for students of the Federal Polytechnic Offa on March 17th, 2025.

The event, which was attended by the Federal Polytechnic Offa Student Union Government (SUG) Executives led by President Comr. Hammed Damilola Adebayo (DA-BOSS), aimed to provide spiritual guidance and support to students during the holy month of Ramadan.

The Ramadan Lecture, anchored by Comr. Ar-Ridoooh (Eng, MRM, PEF), focused on the importance of spiritual growth, self-reflection, and community service during Ramadan.

In his remarks, SUG President Comr. Hammed Damilola Adebayo (DA-BOSS) commended the ODF FEPOFFA Chapter for their initiative and urged them to continue their legacy of giving back to the community.

The Orient Development Forum (ODF) is a non-profit organization rooted in the principle of collective growth and development. On 12th March 2025, the Students Union Government (SUG) Executive of The Federal Polytechnic Offa, led by Comrade Hammed Damilola Adebayo (DA-BOSS), paid a courtesy visit to the office of the Special Assistant on Youth Affairs to the Governor of Osun State, Hon. Aare AbdulMajeed.

The visit was aimed at soliciting support and partnership for the upcoming Nigeria Polytechnic Games (NIPOGA), scheduled to take place from April 4th to 12th, 2025. Hon. Aare AbdulMajeed warmly received the SUG Executive and pledged his support for the event.
