NOSE BLEEDING
Nosebleeds can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include nasal dryness, nose picking or injury.
Bleeding from both nose and mouth can be serious. It may be caused by injuries to your nose, but may also be caused by high blood pressure or other conditions.
Bleeding from the nose (epistaxis) is a common condition and rarely serious. Most bleeds are minor and self-limiting. It is thought that approximately 60 per cent of the population will suffer from a nosebleed at some point in their lifetime.
Epistaxis has a bimodal distribution in the population, with peaks below the age of 10 years and after the age of 50 years. The site of origin of bleeding tends to differ with age. In the young most bleeds occur from Kiesselbach’s plexus in Little’s area, a highly vascular area on the anterior septum where several small vessels anastomose, and which is easily accessible to picking fingers. As patients get older the site of bleeding tends to move back and can involve larger blood vessels.
Epistaxis is more common in winter months, and this has been attributed to the increased incidence of upper respiratory tract infections and the use of central heating causing drying and irritation of the mucous membranes.
Under the age of 49 years nosebleeds are more common in males than females — it has been hypothesised that oestrogen may be protective.
The main causes of epistaxis are trauma to the nose, disorders of platelet function, disorders such as hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia, co***ne use, some systemic conditions, such as Wegener’s granulomatosis and tumours (rare).
There's actually nothing much to worry about especially if u have no other symptoms like headache, fever, weakness etc

Preventing mosquito-borne disease
Here are some ways in which you can protect yourself from mosquito-borne diseases:
Get rid of stagnant water: Damp areas and places with stagnant water serve as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. To avoid the increase in mosquito count, make sure that you keep areas around you dry and hygienic. Take care of places with holes and ditches where water may collect.
Use mosquito repellents: Do not forget to apply a mosquito repellent cream or spray during pique mosquito season.
Cover yourself: When outside, wear clothing that covers your arms and legs completely to avoid skin exposure. Less visibility of skin can help prevent mosquito bites.
Protect your house: Various insects, including mosquitoes, are attracted to dark and unhygienic surroundings. This implies taking protective measures to ensure that the living areas in your house are well lit, ventilated, and clean.
