Man chains dog without foot for weeks posts video saying president Tinubu should help Nigerians.
I canāt help but wonder what that has got to do with the innocent dog!
If you canāt feed the dog, sell it or give it out ⦠but to keep the dog in chain claiming you can no longer afford to feed him because of the economy is animal cruelty.
It also by extension shows the kind of person you are⦠if you were to be Tinubu your citizens can die for all you care⦠just see how fresh you look and how the ribs of your dog is!
