My husband suff£red !njury at his w0rk place and lost f0ur of his f!ngers, he was rushed to to the H0spital.

Atanda, my husband was still at the h0spital when one of the staff told him that they plan to S-a-c-k him if he does not resume the following week.

Atanda, my husband resumed the following week and just after four days, they sacked him that he is not fit for the w0rk anymore.

1. Liability for N£gligence under the Common Law
2. Liability for N£gligence under W0rkmen’s C0mpensation A-c-t (now £mployee’s C0mpensation A-c-t)

S£ction 7 (2) of the £mployee’s C0mpensation A-c+t of 2010 provides that the £mployee is entitled to c0mpensation for any acc!dent suffered between the place of w0rk and the £mployee’s residence, the place where the £mployee takes meals, or the place where he usually receives remuneration, provided that the £mployer has a prior notice of such place.
