Extending the Principles of Cultural and Creative Arts to Hena Art at NewGen School.

We found some of our female pupils with keen interests in creating hena design patterns when they're less busy with regular academic work at school.

Instead of frowning at their hobby, we thought it wise to include Hena Art as a unit in the Cultural and Creative Arts' Scheme of Work.

How could this impact the pupils and society positively?

One. This'll broaden the horizons of the young minds in the sphere of arts. They could go on later in their lives to study Industrial Art, Interior Decoration, Fashion Design, Embroidery, inter alia.

Two. They would be useful to their immediate societies, by becoming hena artists, beautifying families and loved ones, relatives, etc. during festive seasons.

And the list of merits is endless!

UPDATE FROM NEWGEN SCHOOL

We are glad to inform the general public and especially the parents/guardians of our old and prospective pupils alike that our school will be opening from Monday, January 18, 2021 at 7:00AM.

We aslo like to seize this opportunity to inform you that we have increased the basic school fees and the new figures are as follows:

1. Nursery: N5,000
2. Primary: N6,500

This is as a result of increase in the cost of maintaining a school (like ours) in our chosen area of operation. We however, regret any inconveniences this may cause you.

The figures above should however be noted as the "basic" fees, and as such, are exclusive of other levies such as levies for educational excursions, et cetra.

Your commitment and cooperation is paramount to the development and efficiency of our school.
