A few people have asked, since this thread started: "What if I'm past the deadline for OSR or EOR — is there anything I can still do?"
Here's the honest answer: both options have hard cutoffs. EOR must be requested within 6 weeks of your test date. OSR must be booked within 60 days of your test date.
Once either window closes, that's it. No late requests, no exceptions, no appeal process. Both lifelines are gone for that particular test sitting.
If you're past both deadlines, your only real option left is a full retake.
This is exactly why we've said it throughout this whole thread: check your eligibility and act quickly if either option applies to you. Don't sit on a disappointing result thinking you have unlimited time to decide — the clock is already running the moment you get your score.
And one more reminder from earlier in this thread: neither OSR nor EOR works for every immigration or institutional application. Always confirm with the specific body you're applying to before you spend money on either option.
Anyone here missed a deadline and had to do a full retake? What did you learn from it? Drop it in the comments.
