Debonair King's International School, Makurdi, Benue State, extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ikechukwu Iyioke for his generous scholarship award to one of our students. His kindness exemplifies the spirit of compassion and community, inspiring us all.

We pray that God richly blesses Mr. Iyioke and his lovely wife, granting them wisdom, peace, and prosperity. May their act of kindness be a testament to their faith, as scripture reminds us, "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." (Luke 6:38)
May your life be enriched with abundant blessings. We pray that God's favor and prosperity overflow in your life and family in Jesus name πŸ™

May this scholarship serve as a catalyst for our student's academic excellence and future success. We acknowledge Mr. Ikechukwu Iyioke's commitment to empowering the next generation.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Ikechukwu Iyioke is a friend to Pst Kingsley Uchenna Mba , Director of Debonair King's International Schools, Makurdi.

We're also thrilled to announce that Mr. Ikechukwu Iyioke has also graciously covered the registration fee for our scholarship recipient's admission into Junior Secondary School. This act of benevolence will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on her academic journey.

Warmest congratulations to Miss Destiny Egba on this remarkable achievement. We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Egba family, celebrating this milestone with joy and pride.

Dear followers, let's thank and pray for Mr. Ikechukwu Iyioke for generously awarding a scholarship to a Debonair King's International Schools student.

Oh Lord My God.

As we wake up to this new day, I thank you for the gift of life and the opportunities it brings. Guide us with your wisdom, strengthen us with your might, and fill our heart with your love. Help us to walk in your ways and make choices that honor you oh Lord. Grant us peace, joy, and clarity of mind. May your will be done in every aspect of our life.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Bible Verse: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." - Proverbs 3:5-6

May this prayer and verse inspire and guide us throughout your day.

Oh Lord My God , this night we surrender our worries, fears, and doubts into your loving hands. In Philippians 4:7, it says, 'And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.' Guard our heart and mind tonight, filling us with your perfect peace. Thank you for watching over us in Jesus name πŸ™πŸ™. Amen.

I've observed that many learners struggle to differentiate between 'where' and 'were'. Upon receiving messages, I've noticed that these two words are often confused due to their similar pronunciation. I'm here to provide clarification and break it down for better understanding."

Today, let's talk about when to use πŸ‘‰where and wereπŸ‘ˆ

πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰WhereπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ
Where" is used to ask or tell about a place or location.

1. Where are you going?" (asking about a destination)
2. "This is where I grew up." (telling about a specific location)
3. "Where did you find that book?" (asking about the location of something)
4. "I love visiting places where I can relax." (referring to a general location or type of place)

πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰WereπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘‰
"Were" is the past tense of the verb "to be" (e.g., "are" becomes "were" in the past tense).

1. You were late for the meeting." (past tense of "are")
2. They were happy when they heard the news." (past tense of "are")
3. Where you at the meeting yesterday? ( Past tense question )
4. "We were studying all night for the exam." (past tense of "are")

Should you have any questions or need further clarification on this teaching, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you. I remain, Teacher Deborah Uche Mba.
