You are by this inform that this great forum will be holding her live meeting on the 9th of March, 2019 main hall by 9:30am.
Here is what you will bear in mind;

The earlier post concerning our next meeting have been suggested to be moved to March by some of our members because February is going to be busy due to the general election.
The issue now is that; should the date be moved to March or it should remain?

MEETING NOTIFICATION
This is to inform all the MOBA Set '014 about her upcoming meeting which by God Grace will hold on Saturday, 19th of August, 2017 @ the School Premises by 9:30am. Please make out time be there as the election will be conducted and other critical issues will be discussed on that day.

This is to remind all the '014Set MOBA about her meeting which was scheduled as followed;
Date: Saturday, 22 of April, 2017
Venue: Chivir Victor Anyam (Rex) resident @ Gboko, Benue State.
Time: 9:30am.
Be there as all critical issues will be discussed.

THE OUTCOME OF THE MEETING HELD ON THE 17th DECEMBER, 2016
The meeting started very late due to the low turnout of the members and ended well with smiles on the faces of the attended members/group pix.
Just a few members attended, for that reason they decided to publish the issues discused on that day for those whom one thing or the other hindered them from coming.
➖ SERIOUSNESS
It was noticed that so many of the members dont take the meeting serious and take every issues of the Association for granted and also commended that the venue of the meetings should be moved from the school, this to say the Association should be holding her meetings at a volunteered place(s).(it is to show the improvement of the Association)
As at now, the Association have nothing to hold onto because of the unseriousness of the members. (No official yet). In the cost of this, the attended members decided to setup a committee which will oversees and conduct an election. So far the Association is headed by the committee pending election.
The committee comprises of Chivir Victor Anyam as Chairman, Unaji Andrew as Secretary, Shishi Solomon and Akange Enoch Senenge as floor members.
➖ THE COMMITTEE'S DISCUSSIONS
After the sitting of the four members committee, the committee concluded that the FORMS for the various posts/offices will be available before the next meeting for an interesting members to purchase.

NOTE:
1. Interested candidate must be regular in the meetings and meet up with all payments.
2.Impeachment is allowed due to misconduct.

Campaign can be done online with a campaign poster designed, through call for other members to know your intention in order to get their votes.
Registration fee is #200 only (every member)

➖ MEMBERS' REACTIONS
The attended members applauded the committee for such a wonderful contributions to the Association. Members also added that registrations will commence in the next meeting in order to start raising fund.
➖ MEETINGS DATE
The attended members approved that the meetings will be held thrice(3) in a year which is every four months.
➖ NEXT MEETING
After all these discussions, a member (Chivir Victor Anyam) agreed to host the next meeting which will come up on the; 22nd April, 2017 in Benue State by 10am.
