Govt Science and Technical College Gbajimba

This is for our students. Exams will be starting by the end of November, students should do well to start seeing the exams as starting tomorrow.

Infrastructure in GSTC gbajimba may not be up to standard as of present, but within the last one month a lot has been done, and a lot more will be done, its just a matter of time.

Below is the progress so far with regards to our technical workshop.

Government science and technical college Gbajimba, as the name implies, comprises science and technical fields.

The science field comprises the following;
Mathematics
Physics
Chemistry
Biology
Agriculture
Computer science
Fisheries

The technical field comprises the following;
Auto-mechanics
Electrical installation
Welding and fabrication
Carpentry and joinery

We have a further field called the humanities which comprises the following;
English language
Government
Economics
Civic education
Literature in English
CRS

The principal introducing to the parents the new school uniform and the practical overall. Practical days will be every Tuesday of the week. On Tuesdays, only practicals will take place in the school, therefore, all parents are encouraged to procure this uniforms their children.

Ladies and gentle men, this is officially welcoming you all on board the page of this noble citadel of academic learning.

Government science and technical college gbajimba (GSTC gbajimba) is an institution borne out of his Excellency Gov Samuel Ortoms' desire to bring science and technical education close to, first of all, his kinsmen (i.e indigenes of Guma LGA), and then to the entire public (especially the people of zone B).

In line with this, parents/guardians in Guma no longer need to send their children/wards to schools in other local governments in order to acquire science and/or technical education as GSTC gbajimba is equipped with the latest science and technical gadgets, professionally trained and adequately qualified teachers, newly constructed and adequately equipped technical workshops, etcetera.

The world as we know it now is moving its focus towards science and technical education, and what our children need to survive in this ever evolving world is the to acquire skills for self reliance. GSTC gbajimba affords students the opportunity to acquire technical skills while also being groomed to become the future scientists our country needs to bring about development through scientific research.
