OVERCOMING MY CRISIS
I know many of us are passing through alot out there, let me tell you something you don't know about Crisis. Before that !!
What do you understand by crisis? What do you do when life hit you on your blind side ? What do you do when your business got shut down? what do you do when your good plans failed? how do you face the difficulties of life?
Ok now try to understand this.
Man by nature is crisis, there is no successful man without Crisis. You will be praying everyday to God so you won't encounter Crisis, but do you think God has answered that prayers to them ? Well I don't know! But God has given us the Grace to overcome our Crisis, God wants us to be successful in life that's why he put some obstacles for you to overcome. Life is not easy and life can never be easy on us.
What is your crisis right now? Do you allow him to convert your crisis into an opportunity for growth and grace! Remember Jesus himself said that we will always have troubles. (see John 16:13) one crisis after another will come our way, as long as we live regardless of well insulated we try to make ourselves. So it's important to get a grip on how to overcome not only some of the circumstances but also especially our emotional responses to difficulties. Allow God to be your rock of foundation. There is no easy way to success!
Moreover, when you find yourself in any Crisis
Focus on What's Important.
Find Support.
Lessen Your Stress Response.
Process Your Feelings.
Focus on Self-Care.
Practice Accepting Your Feelings.
Focus on Your Senses.
Try to be Creative and hope in God, trust in God
That whatever happens is for a reason, purpose and for your betterment
May God give us the Grace to overcome our crisis Amen

MARY, MOTHER OF CHRIST, MOTHER OF THE CHURCH.

The blessed virgin Mary is the mother of the church in the order of Grace because she gave birth to Jesus, the son of God the head of the holy body which is the church. When he was dying on the cross Jesus gave his mother to the disciples with the words, "Behold your mother" (John 19:27)
Therefore the blessed virgin Mary has helped and always helps the church because After the ascension of her son, the virgin Mary aided the beginnings of the church with her prayers even after her assumption into heaven, she continues to intercede for her children, to be a model of faith and charity for all and to exercise over a salutary influence deriving from the superabundant merit of Christ. The faithful see in Mary an image and an anticipation of the resurrection that awaits them and invoke her as advocate, helper, benefactors and mediatrix.
Moreover we direct a singular devotion to VIRGIN MARY which is the Holy rosary which is a compendium of the holy gospel.

*THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SIGN OF THE CROSS AT THE BEGINNING OF MASS AND THE ENDING OF MASS*

Presently, due to a deeper understanding and wider exploration, theologians are divided about when exactly the Mass begins. For some, it begins with the movement of the Priest from the sacristy and that of the Faithful from their homes. For some, it begins with the Entrance/Processional Hymn and for others, it begins with the sign of the cross. Nonetheless, the point of this work is not to resolve these differences but just to answer the question, what is the difference between the sign of the cross at the beginning and end of Mass? Yet before then, there lies a point of interest that requires clarification. The question is, what is the proper order for the sign of the cross, right first or left first?

From time immemorial, Catholics of the Latin rite make the sign of the cross in the following order: The right-hand moves from the top (forehead) to bottom (chest) and then from left (left shoulder) to right (right shoulder). Christians of the Eastern rite order it differently, that is: From top to bottom and then from right to left.

According to Liberious Lumma (2017), there are several theological interpretations of that difference. The biblical meaning of “the left side” is different from “the right side”. In a simplified manner, we could say that in the biblical worldview the right side is good, noble, and heavenly, while the left is bad, low, and earthly. Against this background, we can easily imagine a large symbolic difference depending on whether you move from left to right (symbol of ascension) or right to left (symbol of incarnation). We leave this at this point to avoid an entire digression since this too has many historical colorations.

Properly speaking, the sign of the cross at the beginning of the Mass is an invocation of the triune God, that is, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. By such act, we invite, summon and invoke God.

*Christianity of the Catholic church*

The Christian religion is based on the reported teachings of Jesus, who lived and preached in the 1st century AD in the province of Judea of the Roman Empire. Catholic theology teaches that the contemporary Catholic Church is the continuation of this early Christian community established by Jesus Christ.Christianity spread throughout the early Roman Empire, despite persecutions due to conflicts with the pagan state religion. Emperor Constantine legalised the practice of Christianity in 313, and it became the state religion in 380. Germanic invaders of Roman territory in the 5th and 6th centuries, many of whom had previously adopted A***n Christianity, eventually adopted Catholicism to ally themselves with the papacy and the monasteries.

In the 7th and 8th centuries, expanding Muslim conquests following the advent of Islam led to an Arab domination of the Mediterranean that severed political connections between that area and northern Europe, and weakened cultural connections between Rome and the Byzantine Empire. Conflicts involving authority in the church, particularly the authority of the bishop of Rome finally culminated in the East–West Schism in the 11th century, splitting the church into the Catholic and Orthodox churches. Earlier splits within the church occurred after the Council of Ephesus
and the Council of Chalcedon However, a few Eastern Churches remained in communion with Rome, and portions of some others established communion in the 15th century and later, forming what are called the Eastern Catholic Churches.

The Catholic Church holds that there is one eternal God, who exists as a perichoresis ("mutual indwelling") of three hypostases, or "persons": God the Father; God the Son; and God the Holy Spirit, which together are called the "Holy Trinity"
*The nature of catholic*
Catholics believe that Jesus Christ is the "Second Person" of the Trinity, God the Son. In an event known as the Incarnation, through the power of the Holy Spirit, God became united with human nature through the conception of Christ in the womb of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Christ, therefore, is understood as being both fully divine and fully human, including possessing a human soul. It is taught that Christ's mission on earth included giving people his teachings and providing his example for them to follow as recorded in the four Gospels.Jesus is believed to have remained sinless while on earth, and to have allowed himself to be unjustly executed by crucifixion, as a sacrifice of himself to Judea reconcile humanity to God; this reconciliation is known as the Paschal Mystery. The Greek term "Christ" and the Hebrew "Messiah" both mean "anointed one", referring to the Christian belief that Jesus' death and resurrection are the fulfilment of the Old Testament's messianic
