It’s been a little quiet here, but there has been a lot happening behind the scenes.
We’re glad to be back and sharing one of the ways our team has been learning and growing.
This week, our Head of Administration and Head of Academics represented Dolly Stars School at a two-day residential training for the School Leadership Program (SLP) Cohort IV in Oyo State.
The training created space to reflect on transformational leadership, school culture, equity, inclusion, safety and safeguarding , all essential to building a school environment where every child can learn, grow and feel safe.
One of the key reminders from the training was that keeping children safe is not simply a policy or compliance requirement. It is an everyday leadership responsibility.
We’re grateful to Bramble Network for creating this opportunity for school leaders to learn, connect and grow.
At Dolly Stars School, we believe that investing in our leaders is an investment in our learners.
