The Mafa LGA Students Association Central Body (MASA) visited Mafa town today ahead of the commencement of the 2026 JAMB examination scheduled to begin tomorrow, 16th April 2026. The Association convened an emergency orientation meeting for all 2026 JAMB candidates in Mafa town and provided emergency rapid response contact lines to guide the students and help them avoid any mistakes.
The meeting aimed to educate, guide, and encourage the students in order to boost their morale ahead of the examination. MASA shared key tips and strategies, advised the students to arrive at their examination centres as early as possible, and urged those scheduled for early morning papers to leave Mafa town a day before their exam. The Association gave students the opportunity to ask questions on any unclear issues, and MASA Central Body satisfactorily addressed all questions raised. The Association commended the Mafa LGA Digital Literacy Learning Center team for their cooperation and support, and expressed profound appreciation for their role in training Mafa town JAMB candidates.
After returning to Maiduguri, MASA Central Body immediately proceeded to WALCA Academy of Information Technology at Kofa Biyu, where not less than 100 students are undergoing JAMB training sponsored by Prof. Shettima Bulama Mustapha, DVC Central Administration, Kashim Ibrahim University. The Association extended similar guidance and encouragement, asked the students to outline any topics they did not understand, and addressed all questions asked. MASA also commended the WALCA team for their dedication in training Mafa LGA JAMB candidates.
Prayers were offered for Mafa LGA and for all 2026 JAMB candidates from the LGA to secure excellent scores in the examination.
