Dear wonderful parents, school resumption is here!

Do not panic, do not be depressed as this too shall pass.

School owners are really not out to make profits this session. Where's the profit, with the unnecessary increase in cost and price of everything?

We have few tips for you dear parents;

✓ If your children can still manage their last session school bags, lunch bags, shoes, food flasks, water flask, singlets, socks and underwear, please wash it properly and let them use for this new session.

New session doesn't automatically means new school materials. So that you don't get overwhelmed. Remember that the price of everything in the market has increased, sadly, salaries have remained stagnant if not slashed.

Remember there are numerous things to spend on. Have you considered their feeding coupled with the high prices of food stuffs now? Transportation and snacks too. So spend wisely. If it's not necessary, forget about getting new school bag, shoes and the likes.

✓ If you can't afford to pay their school fees during first week of resumption, feel free to walk up to the school and ask for payment plan. Let them know you will be paying twice or three times. There's nothing to be ashamed of.

You don't have to develop high blood pressure over it. Remember if anything by chance happens to your health, their education will be affected.

Finally, after you've entered agreement with the school. Please make sure you keep to it.

✓ With the state of the economy, the only thing that should be on your top list now is Quality education for your children, shelter that is house rent and feeding.

This period isn't the time to spend lavishly to impress anyone not even your children. If you can't afford a big birthday party, every Sunday visit to the mall or whatever please don't. We hope the country gets better and there will definitely be time for more of these.

We pray for all parents today, that the Lord visit you all with help and massive opportunities to give your children the best.
