Paying Staff Salaries Is Not a Favor

Dear school owners,

When you pay your staff, you’re not doing them a favor.
They worked for that money.

They showed up every day.
They taught, guided, corrected, encouraged, and carried the school on their shoulders.

Salary isn’t a gift.
It’s the result of work done.

Yes, saying “thank you” matters.
Yes, appreciation is important.
But appreciation cannot replace payment.

Paying salaries on time is not generosity.
It’s respect.
It’s responsibility.
It’s good leadership.

When people feel valued, they give their best.
And when staff are treated right, schools grow.

Let’s build schools where fairness is normal 🤍
