Still in Cannes. And it just got bigger.
This week we were at the Nigerian Film & TV Summit; screenings, Q&As and a room full of people who know exactly where Nigerian cinema is headed.
Eight films. One stage. A statement to the world.
Among the highlights:
A Land Apart World Premiere by Bem Pever with our very own Ronya Man in the cast. A full circle moment.
The Herd by Daniel Effiong
A Love Letter to Adaego by Brenda Garuba
A peek into Bling Lagosians 2 by BAP Productions
Nollywood belongs on every major stage in the world. And we are here to prove it.
More from Cannes coming. Stay tuned.

AMVCA 2026 felt bigger than awards and red carpets.
It felt like a reflection of where Nollywood is headed.
You could see the growth in the storytelling, the performances, the fashion, the confidence, and the ambition behind the films. African cinema is stretching beyond familiar limits, and the world is beginning to pay closer attention.
Moments like this remind creatives why the work matters. Every audition. Every late night on set. Every risk taken to tell a better story.
And beyond the wins and headlines, there was something beautiful about seeing African creativity fully expressed across film, fashion, production, and culture.
Congratulations to every filmmaker, actor, producer, designer, stylist, cinematographer, writer, and creative who contributed to the magic of .
Special mention to for continuing to platform African storytelling on a global stage.

Some stories demand to be told; some productions go beyond the brief.
Scrolling back to June, 2025 and this one still hits differently...
RMA partnered with GodBlessNigeria Foundation to produce a docudrama on drug addiction and rehabilitation.
It wasn't the easiest subject to approach, but perhaps one of the most necessary.
Behind every frame you see here is a crew that showed up with more than just skill. They showed up with intention. Two weeks on set, working with honesty, sensitivity, and the kind of craft that only comes from genuinely caring about the story you're telling.
At RMA, that's not the exception but the standard.
We make films that bridge worlds, break boundaries, and above all, matter.
Here's to the productions that remind us why we do this.

“Put on the character like a mask!”
Here's a lie young actors have lived with...
Acting isn't about perfect script delivery; it's about showing up with your whole human experience and finding the connection it has with your acting journey.
Real connection happens where your story meets the character's.
At the RMA Talent Exchange, we don't stop at teaching how to act but we create spaces where you can fully express yourself and be brave enough to be seen.
It's time to stop performing and start connecting.

5 years and counting, and we'd say this is just the beginning for us here at .
What we witnessed at the last march cohort talent showcase was more than a showcase. It was a room filled with people stepping into something bigger than themselves. Raw talent, growing confidence, and the kind of presence you cannot teach.
Each frame here holds a story in progress. Faces you may not know yet, but will.
Shoutout to and everyone who showed up and showed out.
And to our sponsors .co .ng, we see the role you are playing in shaping what comes next.
