Our times are changing, sadly though. As the years roll by, the virtues of true and exceptional leadership are saliently and loudly eroding. Eroding through greed, fear, insecurity, blindness, poverty of mind/soul, lack of integrity and character, barrenness of vision, lying promises, parenting failure, and misplacement of our true priorities.
But the good news is, amidst the depressing and discouraging local, national and global political and organizational leadership failures and disappointments, you and I can still stand and commit ourselves to positive, true and visionary leadership amidst the decadence in the world.

This present languishing world is in dairy need of true leaders with a heart, to love and genuinely care for her people, helping them to make the most out of their lives, to fulfil their destinies, because in the end as leaders, we'd still account for these lives under our watch before the giver of life, and the Father of spirits.

LEADERSHIP is as the rudder of a ship, and as the compass of a traveller, that determines our destination and our haven. Without it, nations, organisations, institutions, families, individuals, destinies, groups, will helplessly drift into oblivion. You can't let these happen!
