in 2014. She has completed the Prestigious PME 3 Course module, in 2009, with a UK affiliated Certificate. And also taken several professional cake courses from renowned cake artists. She was once an Executive member of ICES Society in PH.. She has been in the cake, catering, craft and event Management industry for about 20 years and has earned 9 different awards including the Rotaract humanitarian award. For helping over 2000 youths acquire skills in cake making, decorating, Event planning, catering, desserts and other numerous crafts. She is the founder/CEO of Vios Catering Academy, previously in Port Harcourt, but now relocated to 54 Younde str. She created the flourishing Vio's catering telegram group. She also has a YouTube channel: "Vios kitchens'' where she gives out her cake and culinary knowledge. She is a lover of Christ; to whom she owes all gratitude for the inspiration to create beautiful and artistic mouth-watering Cakes. She has an uncommon courage, patience and love for teaching and generally enjoys seeing people grow successfully. Mrs Viola Okenwa Ugwuede is happily married to her amiable handsome husband, Mr Osmond Okechukwu Ugwuede, in whom she is well proud of. By the special Grace of God, the marriage is blessed with four lovely children.
