Every child wants reading time to be enjoyable.
Reading is meant to be fun, calm, and full of discovery — not stressful or frustrating.
When a child enjoys reading, they are more willing to try, practise, and improve.
But when reading feels hard, enjoyment disappears.

At YCA (Yasmin Care), we focus on making reading child-friendly, engaging, and confidence-building so children can learn without fear.

Welcome to a New Term at YCA – Yasmin Care

Dear Parents and Dear Children,

Welcome back to school. We thank Allah for the gift of life and the opportunity to begin a new term at YCA – Yasmin Care.
This term, our focus is on building reading confidence. We believe children learn best when they feel encouraged, supported, and confident.

How to help children read confidently this term:

1. Read with your child daily, even for a few minutes.

2.Allow them to read aloud without fear of mistakes.

3. Praise effort and progress.

3. Let children reread familiar books.

4. Talk about stories to improve understanding.

5. Be patient — every child grows at their own pace.

To our dear children: do your best and trust yourself. Every step matters.

Duʿāʾ:
May Allah make learning easy for our children, increase them in beneficial knowledge, grant them confidence, and bless this new term with success. Āmīn.

😩 “The words are too confusing.”

This is something many struggling readers feel but cannot explain.

When letters mix up or long words look overwhelming, reading becomes frustrating and tiring.
This is not laziness.

It’s a sign your child needs structured reading support.

It has been a journey of learning, growth, and purpose — one that continues to remind me that early learning truly matters.

At YCA – Yasmin Care, the goal is simple:
to help children build strong reading foundations,to support parents along the learning journey, and to encourage educators to teach with confidence.

Every small progress counts — children trying their first sounds,
parents becoming more involved,
and teachers growing day by day.

These moments are the reason YCA was created.
As we step into this new year, I’m excited to do more,to share practical ideas,create meaningful learning experiences,
and support every child in simple, effective ways.
