HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE PLAY DOUGH
A recap of the ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 cup water
1-2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 cup salt
1 tbs. vegetable or coconut oil
Food Coloring
You can also use boiling water to make this without a cooker.
