This was during the coronavirus lockdown. I had already taken another JAMB exam, but I wasn't aware of what was in store for me that year 🥹. Throughout the lockdown, I felt like a living dead person; my heart was as heavy as a rock, and my smile was completely fake because, why not? 🤷‍♀️ It had been more than 5 years since I graduated from high school, and nothing was happening for me 😨. There was no hope for admission, and I would stay awake to observe Tahajjud, seeking Allah's mercy with uncontrollable tears. It got worse that my mom was worried of my situation.

In March 2021, exactly a year after my JAMB exam, I was among those who received early admission. Yes, Unilorin called me! 💃🥰😭 I immediately performed Sujud Shukr, overwhelmed with happiness that night. I felt a joy I hadn’t experienced in years. I couldn't even press anything on my phone, I called someone to accept the admission offer because I was afraid I might accidentally decline it 😂.

My hands were trembling, and my heart was beating so fast it felt like it was about to jump out of my body.

I am sharing this to inspire someone out there, never lose hope and observe Tahajjud. It was from that day I knew Allah answer prayer😭. Alhamdulillah, here I am today as a graduate, I haven't reached my goals but I am far better and greater than before. May Allah answer our prayers and heal our hearts🤲. Barakallahu Feekum🤲
