Do not make anything negative, come out of your mouth for one week, about yourself and about other people, that's it, just one week. You have 60 to 90 thousand thoughts every single day and 95% of them are the same as the day they were before, so if you go one week without a negative word, that repetition will start to rewire your brain and also change your mindset, this will completely change your life.
