🌱 Our Reception class was buzzing with excitement today!
Our little learners stepped into the wonderful world of plants with a hands-on Art & Craft collage inspired by their Knowledge & Understanding of the World lesson.

With colourful papers, glue, real leaves and stems, the children explored plant parts in the most creative way. Their curiosity filled the room:

✨ “This one can be the root!”
✨ “My plant will have big leaves!”

They absolutely loved the sensory feel of glue — giggling as they pressed, pasted, and carefully arranged each piece. Bit by bit, they built their own unique plants.

This activity did more than teach plant parts — it strengthened key developmental skills:

🌿 Independence & confidence
🌿 Social-emotional growth

Tender Palms School pulled out all the stops for Children’s Day 2025, and it was an explosion of color, laughter, and pure joy!

And yes… the Jollof rice was a crowd favorite—delicious, delightful, and gone in minutes!
