A lot of the emotional pain, failed relationships, poor mental health we struggle with, as adults are rooted in our childhood experiences, upbringing and the environment we grew up in.

We might blame other people but the truth is, we all need to look inwards and go way back to deal with our pain and anger and other unhealthy coping mechanisms we used to survive some of the difficult experiences we had.

Many of us will pass or are already passing on our anger, self esteem issues, anxiety and unhealthy behaviours to our children.

How can we nip this in the bud? My answer is, by responsive parenting which requires us to first heal our own pain so that it doesn't block us fron seeing and responding adequately to our children's needs.

THE RESPONSIVE PARENT is a mini course and we would like you all to check it out. You will learn* :

🎯Who your child is
🎯What your parenting style is
🎯The impact of your parenting style on your child
🎯The hindrances to effective parenting
🎯Childhood trauma and how it affects you and subsequently your child
🎯Strategies for building a solid family life.

Course fee: NGN10,000(Ten Thousand Naira)
