With profound sorrow, we share the passing of our esteemed founder, Chief (Dr.) Mrs. L. E. Fowler, MFR , who departed this life on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
Chief (Dr.) Mrs. L. E. Fowler, MFR, lived an extraordinary life marked by courage, vision, and unwavering devotion to education. A distinguished lawyer and trailblazer, she established Topgrade Secondary School, Surulere, in 1994—a dream that has since shaped generations of students and educators.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she embodied grace and compassion. A devoted Christian, lover of music, and generous mentor, she nurtured both minds and hearts. Her leadership created not only a school, but a family bound together by discipline, excellence, and care.
Though her physical presence will be greatly missed, her spirit endures in the countless lives she touched, the values she instilled, and the legacy she leaves behind.
We honour her memory and may her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
