✅ JAMB has officially activated Change of Course and Institution for 2026 UTME candidates.

✅ Candidates who wish to switch to another course or school can now visit any accredited CBT centre to process it.

✅ Printing of the Original JAMB Result Slip has started. This document is required for Post-UTME screening and admission clearance.

💰 Change of Course/Institution costs ₦2,500 (excluding CBT centre service charges).

📌 Advice to Candidates:

- Compare your score with your chosen school's cut-off mark.
- Change only if your score is below the likely requirement.
- Use only accredited CBT centres.
- Upload your O'Level result if you have not done so.

LASUSTECH ANNOUNCES 2026/2027 STATE OF ORIGIN VERIFICATION EXERCISE FOR LAGOS INDIGENES

The registration exercise is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, 27th of May, 2026 and will close on Friday, 12th June, 2026, while the verification interview is expected to hold from Wednesday, 17th June to Friday, 19th June, 2026.

Candidates are advised to note that their individual interview dates will be clearly stated on their application forms once registered.

LASUSTECH further emphasized that the State of Origin Verification Exercise does not automatically guarantee admission into the university. Rather, it is a mandatory screening process for candidates claiming Lagos State indigene status before they can proceed with the Post-UTME application.

Candidates who scored 195 and above and meet the indigene requirement should take advantage of this opportunity and begin preparations immediately for a successful admission process into LASUSTECH for the 2026/2027 academic session.

JAMB APOLOGIZES FOR DELAY IN PRINTING 2026 ORIGINAL RESULT SLIP

THE PRINTING OF ORIGINAL RESULT SLIPS NOT YET ACTIVATED

The printing of the 2026 UTME Original Result Slip has not yet been activated. Candidates are kindly urged to be patient as the Board has just concluded the foreign examinations and is also preparing to conduct the mop-up examination for candidates who were unable to sit for the main examination through no fault of their own.

Candidates are reminded that the UTME is a ranking examination, and the Original Result Slip contains the ranking of candidates.

Consequently, all necessary processes must be completed before the slips can be released.
As soon as the necessary adjustments are concluded, the printing portal will be activated. This will be done shortly, and candidates will be duly informed when to proceed with the printing of their result slips.

The highest JAMB score for 2026 is 373. This was released during the 2026 JAMB policy meeting

The Policy Meeting held on Monday 11th May, 2026, The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) approved the following as the minimum tolerable admissible scores for the 2026 admission exercise:

↕️Universities — 150
↕️Colleges of Nursing Sciences — 150
↕️Polytechnics — 100

↕️Candidates seeking admission into Colleges of Education would no longer be required to sit for the UTME examination.
