In nursing school, being the group leader for an assignment or presentation is premium suffering. 😂

The lecturer will simply say, “Do it as a group.” But in reality, you will soon discover that “group” means two or three people doing the actual work while everybody else watches.

You will be there sweating, researching, typing, formatting references, correcting slides, and trying to make sure everything makes sense.

Meanwhile, someone in the WhatsApp group will suddenly appear with:

“Boss, you can do it. I trust you. ❤️” 😂

And that person will disappear again.

Then presentation day will come.

Everybody will line up, smiling like choir members, nodding seriously and answering questions with confidence—as if they contributed to the first sentence. 😂

At that point, you’ll just be looking at them like, “So na all of us do this work together?”

Honestly, nursing group assignments will teach you three things:

• Leadership skills.

• How to carry lastborns disguised as classmates.

• How to identify people who genuinely have a sense of responsibility.

Because sometimes, the hardest part of the assignment isn’t the topic the lecturer gave you.

It’s managing the group. 😂😭
