Toyin Deji-Ayodele is a Business and Enterprise Development Coach with over a decade of experience empowering nano, micro, and small businesses across fashion, agribusiness, and catering.

She leads Merc-Dees Fashion Hub/Academy, an accredited training center that has equipped over 1,000 women and youth with vocational and entrepreneurship skills.

A Certified Business and Family Systems Engineering Coach, Toyin collaborates with NGOs, development partners, and government agencies to deliver sustainable empowerment programs that drive financial inclusion and business growth. She has partnered with organizations such as USADF, LSETF, Daystar Business Community, and NECA’s NNEW to train entrepreneurs in leadership, enterprise, and financial literacy.

*ADESUYI Solape Janet*
Solape Adesuyi is the Principal Partner at Solape Adesuyi & Associates (SAA LAW), with over 18 years’ expertise in company law, corporate governance, contracts, and compliance. She advises organizations across real estate, IT, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing, and also serves as legal adviser and company secretary on several boards.

A member of the NBA and ICSAN, and an alumna of the Hague Academy of International Law, she holds an MPA in Public Administration.

Through her Legal Awareness Webinar Series, she has trained hundreds on governance, partnerships, and business law.

She is also the author of Your Business Legal Companion and Your Business and The Law, equipping entrepreneurs with the legal knowledge to thrive.

Ms Ifeyinwa Maureen Okafor is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary and Administrator ( FCA, FCIS, MIoD) . She spent over 15 years in the Banking and Finance sector before becoming an Entrepreneur. *A confident CEO* with interests spanning manufacturing, real estate, tech & Consulting , she has many years of advising and supporting women owned businesses in the Nigerian Chambers of Commerce.

She was appointed Financial Adviser and Policy Maker for Imo State Government in 2019. Part of her role then involved expanding internally generated revenues, conducting forensic audits for efficiency , and improving the state's ranking in the Ease of Doing Business Index.

In 2021 she was selected amongst 15 leading women in Africa to be part of the Amujae Leaders ; a program of the President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Centre.

She a recipient of several awards and recognitions including FIDA Award for Woman Achiever, BusinessDay 50 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria (2022) and 50 most influential Leaders in Governance , Risk Compliance and Financial crime Prevention in Nigeria .

She is the Co-Founder , *Leadership Legacy Consulting*( and Podcasts) providing Advisory to Corporate and Public Leaders across Africa .
She is the Author of ‘Beautiful is Me’ ; a collection of poems.

She is a mother of three lovely children; one adult and two teens.

A certified UNIDO trainer on HP-Life Business Development, he is a Fellow of both the Institute of Supervision and Leadership and the Pan Africa Consulting Association (PACA). He also holds an MBA with a background in Agricultural Economics.

‘Funso Popoola is the Lead Trainer/Consultant at Beyond Success Training and Consultancy Ltd, where he has facilitated entrepreneurship training for senior military officers at the Nigerian Army Resource Center since 2018. He also serves as Relationship Manager with RBRS (Canada) and Country Manager for ESTARS Federation (UK).

In addition, he is President of the Foundation for Leadership Skill Acquisition and Development and a Senior Pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
