All of the attributes of Allah, may He be Exalted, are uncreated; they are eternal, with no beginning.

The words of Allah are among these attributes, and that includes the Quran. Therefore, the scholars said that the Quran is not created, because it is the words of Allah , and that is one of His attributes.

And if anyone of the Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) seeks your protection then grant him protection, so that he may hear the Word of Allah (the Quran), and then es**rt him to where he can be secure.” [At-Tawbah 9:6]

When Fahd set out to memorise Qur’an, he thought discipline would appear the moment he opened his mushaf.

But alone, his effort kept dissolving.

Just him, his teacher, and long stretches of silence
Well, due to that, he's got no urgency, no spark and no reason to push past his own lazy limits.

ADVICE ON MEMORIZING MUTOON

Begin with shorter before longer texts
Try to understand meaning before or after memorization. It is understanding that perfects memorization
Do not jump between texts sequentially
Recite to a teacher to ascertain stability
Repeat and revise regularly

Mutoon widens knowledge in Qur'an.

Explanation Qur'an and Hadith require citing juristic texts which are mutoon
Mutoon can be a summary of scholarly texts which has been written in volume. Thereby making it something we can easily flashback to.

Do not let your intentions be to memorized so as to be called the "one who has memorized mutoon"

Elmukhtaariy Quran Institute is built with structure and purpose.

It runs with 6 faculties each with its own dean, class coordinators, and departments to suit both group and private learners.

We have the Faculty of Qur’an Science which houses the Department of Tajweed, Uloomul Qur’an, and the TMT Department — that is Tahfeedh, Murāja’ah and Tajweed (one package) for proper memorization and fluency.
TMT is the most popular department of our Institute...

Then comes the Faculty of Mutoon (recently launched), which features rich texts like Laamiyah Ibn Wardi, Hadith compilations, books on Will and Bequest, and many other classical mutoon for students of knowledge.

The Faculty of Full Murāja’ah is strictly for Huffādh, those who have completed the Qur’an helping them stay connected and consistent in their revision, because reviewing your memorization alone can feel overwhelming, but with us, you get structured sessions, live tasmee’, weekly tests, and a supportive group that pushes you to stay consistent.

The Faculty of Qirā’āt is for memorizers who have covered at least 15 Juz, and offers guidance in both Riwayah and Maqām for deeper mastery of recitation styles.

The Faculty of MQF (Mastery Quran Fluency) This faculty was established in may 2024 because learning a whole new alphabet can be daunting for beginners, but with this personalized spelling class, it’ll be as easy as alif, baa, taa that’s A, B, T, the first three letters of the Arabic alphabet!

Elmukhtaariy Qur’an Institute (EIQM) is a registered online Qur’an school.

We aim to illuminate hearts with Quran light.

We help students have a strong connection with the holy Quran through its memorization, understanding and implementation, thus developing well-rounded future leaders who are guided to follow the middle path.

We welcome learners of all ages children, adults, and even grandparents to connect with the Qur’an from wherever they are.

Our flexible system includes weekday and weekend classes, private sessions (always opened), and special group programs held twice a year.

Tajweed isn't a luxury, it's a neccesity.

It isn't an extra skill, it's a way to honour the words of your Lord, giving it what it truly deserves.

Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA) said in the explanation of this aayah: “at-Tarteel is Tajweed of
the letters and knowing where to stop (correctly)”.[An-Nashr of Ibn Al-Jazaree 209:1]
And of the rights of reciting correctly is reciting it the way it was revealed. There are
various Ahadeeth also showing us the importance of Tajweed.

Umm Salamah was asked
about the recitation of the Prophet (SAW) and she described it as a recitation ‘clearly distinguished
letter by letter' (*Timidhi*).

It is not permissible for anyone to deliberately change any letter of it when he is able to pronounce it correctly.

This is a kind of mistake is a sin.
