Children are developing
1. Letter Recognition & Literacy Skills:
• The child is practicing how to form and recognize the letters A, B and C laying the foundation for early reading and writing.

2. Fine Motor Development:
• Picking up and placing the small pegs helps strengthen the child's finger muscles and hand-eye coordination, which are essential for writing skills.

3. Color Recognition:
• The use of different colored pegs for different-letters to supports learning about colors and pattern recognition.
