Dear entrepreneur, why do you love to remain where you are when you can always get better?

When you first started your business, you probably did a lot of research.

You may have sought help from advisors and other available sources.

You invested a lot in terms of money, time and sweat equity to get your business off the ground.

I’m sure you’ve always been thinking about how you can grow your business beyond its current status.

For this week; I’ll only be focusing on how you can expand your business…

• Choose your location based on what's best for your business, not your wallet.

• Look at the trends, both economic and consumer, for indications on your company's staying power.

• Make sure your administrative systems and management team are extraordinary-you'll need them to get a new location up and running.

• Prepare a complete business plan for a new location.

• Determine where and how you'll obtain finance.

You and I do not have the power over our birthplace or background; you do have it over your future abode and beyond…so exercise the authority and potentials locked up inside of you…

When I started the journey of entrepreneurship and stewardship it wasn’t a bed of roses like they usually say…

I toiled the street of LAGOS, hustling like its no man’s business…striving daily to be the best I can, just to fulfill that one thing, which is PURPOSE…PURPOSE IS EVERYTHING, it makes life easier and sweet…

But then, HUMILITY and SELFLESS service are two basic things that have kept me going in life…this are my weapons of war and source of advancement in life…

You see, when we are selfless we remain limitless!

Becoming the CEO of my DESTINY have been a craving desire... as a businessman, you know how it feels like when you're shouldering the responsibility of paying your staffs and all, that's the shoe I just found myself...

ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS SWEET! For me being a serial entrepreneur is the sweetest...

SACRIFICE ALL YOU CAN, and when it seems like all is not going well…keep on persevering…consistency has changed many lives today…

As it is, I don't mess with MY FAITH and MINDSET… I am always deliberate about everything I do, they've been working for me.

And the only reason why I live is to be a bundle of blessing to HUMANITY.

So SACRIFICE ALL YOU CAN, even if it seems like it’s not yielding good results…keep going…consistency has changed many lives today…

Another thing that’s kept me going is MY FAITH and MINDSET… I am deliberate about everything I do, it works, trust me…

So I had a talk with my creator that one thing I ever long for his to be a bundle of blessing to HUMILITY, which is the only reason why I still breathe to attain that…

Do that which is needful, do that one thing for passion and not just for the benefit of it, others will fall in place by default…

I work, I hustle if you don’t know…so please get yourself a life by WORKING, ‘’even if you be coach, abi you na consultant or catalyst...by chance.. mbok go hustle to feed your sheep''.

There are no shortcuts to maturity and success...growth is
a gradual process.

⁠⁠⁠When I heard the story, I thought he must be an old frustrated doctor. But when I saw this pix this morning, my thought went blank, mouth shot eye filled with drops.

I just couldn't help but feel sad....I spent time wondering what could have moved the young man to such an action.

Received from a friend who heard on radio on Monday morning that he was just 35 years....

At 35 he was a doctor...had a car, and even a driver...from the Nigerian standard that sounds like a successful young man in all ramifications.

There probably were lots of his secondary school mates or his university mates envying him.

But the truth is, no one knew what he was going through.....

I concluded that he was having a bout of depression and it took a bad turn.

I asked myself some pertinent questions.

When last did we check on a friend that we haven't heard from in a while?

When last did you/me visit someone we knew was finding things difficult?

When we see someone who had it going so well and all of a sudden is finding it hard to make ends meet, do we make fun of them?

When was the last time we called the names of particular people in our circle during our prayers with our creator, to intercede on their behalf?

The economy is tough and truly people are finding it more difficult to survive.

I have noticed personally an increased number of destitute lately.

We need to watch out for each other.......we need to call, we need to visit. I am hoping we could check on others from time to time (physically).

We never know who needs just an ear to listen to all the problems he/she is going through.

I've decided to be more caring..... To at least call someone per day just to say hello!

Let's pause and ponder on this for a few seconds and decide to assist each other psychologically today.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed?

Ever for once felt like your world is about to come crashing down on top of you?

You’re moving as fast as you can – maybe you even feel like you’re productive and in control, but you realise that there is a wave that’s hanging over you.

The best answer depends on why you’re overwhelmed, but here are a few general ideas that will help in most situations:

1. De-stress yourself
2. Know what you want
3. Have a plan
4. Be consistent
5. Have someone to talk to
6. Take action

Trust me – issues will not go away unless you take some kind of action.

That Your Habit Will Kill You…

This may apply to someone...

Involving ourselves in one or two habits (addictions) is one of those things that kill dreams and aspiration faster, these habits can wreck you off your mental wellness.

Have you ever being in a hopeless situation, so frustrated to a point that you can’t even pinpoint what is actually wrong with you?
Have you ever experience difficulties, disappointment or failure that hits so hard to a point that the only way to console yourself is to get drench in those habits of yours?

It’s really not your fault…

Dear, when you start writing down a list of things that frustrates you in your current situation and then ask yourself why each one negatively affects you, this is when you start gaining mental wellness.

How do you improve your mental wellness?

- You need good food, I mean living and colourful diets to improve your overall health

- You need physical activity to enhance mental wellness, they release tension, allow blood to circulate well… do it afraid, do it anywhere.

- You need meditation, it helps you stay focused, relaxed and treat depression…try focusing on the experience you had, favourite places, person, memory or even scriptures

- You need mental exercise, as this help the mind function better and longer… mental illness can cause you dull thinking… Train your brain to always feel happy and have fun…

- Try some therapy, you can talk to me, or any professional, you can share your problems to trusted ones, who could be of help… a problem shared is half solved
