How Can 3D Artists Establish Smooth Communication with Clients?

Great 3D projects start with understanding the client’s needs. Here’s how to make communication smooth and effective:

✅ Clarify Style and Mood.
Ask about the preferred style, color palette, and emotions they want to convey. Visual references help a lot — don’t hesitate to request some examples.

✅ Identify Key Elements.
Find out which details or objects should stand out. This will help you focus on what’s most important in the 3D visualization.
✅ Discuss Budget and Deadlines.
A clear understanding of time and budget constraints helps you plan the workflow properly.

✅ Agree on Checkpoints.
Set up intermediate reviews to avoid major revisions at the final stages.

✅ Ask for Feedback.
Stay in touch and check if everything is going according to expectations.

✅ Be Professional, but Easy to Talk To.

Steakhouse Interior in 3D — Work by a CGI School Graduate

This 3D render was created during the final exam at CGI BootCamp. The goal was to design a stylish yet welcoming steakhouse interior with personality. A mix of modern trends and classic elements makes the space feel refined and cozy.

With a background in architecture and nearly four years in 3D visualization, the artist chose to pursue a career that combines creativity with technology—something they discovered during their time at CGI School.
