On this International Day of the Boy Child, we celebrate our boys not just for who they are now, but for who they are becoming.

Every boy deserves the space to flourish.
Every boy deserves a mind that is nurtured.
Every boy deserves a voice that is heard.
Every boy deserves to be reminded that he is capable of more.

Here’s to raising boys who flourish and thrive.

Today, we’re proud to announce our partnership with National Orientation Agency (NOA) ; a meeting point between literacy and national orientation, between access and awareness, between what children read and how they think. Our work has never been just about books.
It’s about mindset.
It’s about shaping how young people see themselves, their communities, and the role they play in building something better.

With NOA, we’re stepping into
more reach, deeper conversations, and a stronger push towards raising a generation that doesn’t just learn, but understands, questions, and contributes.

A child opens a book and something begins to shift.

Questions form. Curiosity wakes up. Imagination stretches a little further than it did yesterday.

A reading child doesn’t just absorb words ; they learn how to think, how to question, how to see beyond what’s in front of them.

That’s where real education begins!
This is bigger than a moment.
This is a movement.

📚 Join the movement.

Something quiet is happening in our society. We are slowly becoming a nation that doesn’t read deeply anymore ☹️☹️

When reading disappears, a few things quietly disappear with it too - patience to think, abilty to question & capacity to understand complex ideas.

A society that stops reading begins to live on headlines instead of knowledge; opinions instead of understanding.

Good part is that we can rebuild reading culture intentionally. It starts small.
A parent reading with a child.
A young person choosing a book over endless scrolling.
A classroom that values curiosity again.

Little habits.
Big consequences.

Nigeria doesn’t lack intelligence.

Sometimes,we just need to rebuild the habit of learning deeply again.

📚 If this resonates, share this.
📚 Tag someone who still loves books.
📚 Join us as we rebuild a reading culture together. 🇳🇬

One page at a time. 🇳🇬

We’re excited about our partnership and contributions towards the ongoing Kosofe Public Inter-School Debate 2026.

We’re always eager to support programmes that elevate and empower literacy amongst our youth.

Because when young people learn to think, question, and articulate their ideas confidently, they not only win debates, they shape communities and contribute to the growth of a nation.

Reading builds knowledge.
Debating builds courage.
Together, they build leaders.

To every student standing up to speak, your voice matters. Keep reading. Keep thinking. Keep speaking.

What was the one debate topic in school that changed how you see the world? Let’s talk in the comments.

On February 4th, 2026, at St. Agnes Nursery and Primary School, we didn’t just celebrate World Read Aloud Day ; we witnessed children step into confidence, one word at a time.

We watched shy hands rise.
We heard voices grow stronger with every sentence.
We saw imagination come alive in real time.

Reading aloud is never just about books.
It’s about courage being built.
Confidence being formed.
Futures quietly taking shape.

This is why we show up; to remind every child that their voice matters. That their words carry power & that every story they read brings them closer to who they can become.

Thank you to the Kosofe Local Government Education Authority and its officials , St. Agnes Nursery & Primary School for opening your doors and hearts to this moment.

A special shoutout to LitWorld for paving the way by ensuring this day is celebrated worldwide every year since 2010.

Our literacy movement is growing . One child. One voice. One book at a time.

Swipe through, celebrate these voices, and share to support a child’s reading journey. 💛

Every leader, every innovator, every voice that shaped the world first learned to read. First learned to understand. First learned to believe that their thoughts mattered.

The future doesn’t begin on stages.
It begins in quiet moments like this.

Share this to your story if you believe in building strong foundations early.

Books hold so much potential.
Books are more than paper and ink.
Books are a doorway to ideas.
Books are peepholes into worlds beyond walls.

Every child who reads is building a future. Every voice that reads aloud is growing stronger. Every page turned is a step toward something greater.

We believe in the power of literacy.

Do You Believe? 📚

Every dream, every career, every future starts with understanding words.
This is why we build libraries.
This is why literacy is not optional
We’re building the foundation.

Save this.
Share if you believe literacy changes lives.

World Read Aloud Day reminds us that learning is not quiet, it has a sound.
It sounds like children reading boldly.
It sounds like new words being discovered.
It sounds like confidence growing in real time.

We believe that when a child reads aloud, learning becomes alive.
Not just memorised or written, but spoken, owned & celebrated.

Today, we don’t just celebrate books.
We celebrate growth.
We celebrate courage.
We celebrate learning out loud.

🗣️Read with a child today.
🗣️Let them use their voice.
🗣️Help them celebrate learning.
