📢 Attention NOUN Students Taking GST302 This Semester!

We noticed that many students are finding it difficult to properly fill the official DE&GS-HQ Google Form for the GST302 course. A lot of students are confused about what to write for Business Name, Societal Problem, and Innovative Solution, which often leads to mistakes or incomplete submissions.

To make things easier for everyone, we have created a simple Form Filling Assistant that helps you select the appropriate business name, identify a societal problem, and generate an innovative solution all without stress.

✅ It guides you step-by-step
✅ Helps you choose the right entries for your form
✅ Saves you time and prevents common mistakes

If you are taking GST302 this semester at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), make sure you use this tool before filling your official form.

📌 Please share this with your fellow GST302 students so everyone can benefit.

Best Regards

However, we hope the management will consider an extension for those expecting funds by month end to be able to register for the semester and other activities.

STAY FOCUSED – EXAM SEASON IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK!

Exam season is rapidly approaching, making this a critical time to maintain focus and avoid burnout. To succeed, create a structured study schedule, prioritize active recall through practice papers, and limit distractions by turning off phone notifications. Keep your mind sharp by staying hydrated, eating well, and getting adequate sleep, rather than relying on last-minute cramming.

Here are key strategies to stay focused and ace your exams:
Study Tactics

Active Recall & Spaced Repetition: Instead of re-reading, test yourself with flashcards or by explaining concepts out loud.
Practice Past Papers: Simulate exam conditions by setting a timer to improve speed and manage pressure.
The 90-Minute Rule: Work in intense 90-minute, deep-focus blocks followed by a 15–20 minute break to keep your mind sharp without burning out.

Condense Notes: Use flashcards or create mind maps for key ideas, rather than overwhelming yourself with full textbooks.

Environmental & Mental Focus

Set Up a Dedicated Workspace: Ensure your area is quiet, organized, and free from distractions.
Minimize Digital Distractions: Place your phone out of sight or use apps that block social media notifications during study sessions.
Manage Anxiety: Remind yourself that exams are an opportunity to show what you know, not a measure of your self-worth.

Self-Care & Health

Sleep is Non-Negotiable: Aim for 7–8 hours of sleep to help your brain process information.
Take Regular Breaks: Use the 25-5 rule (25 minutes of studying followed by a 5-minute break) or take short walks to rejuvenate your mind.
Stay Active & Hydrated: A quick workout or a walk helps relieve stress and boosts energy levels.

Stay consistent, set priorities, and keep pushing forward, as this is the best time to build your confidence for the final tests.
