Every Wednesday this month, we’re sharing simple, realistic classroom management tips you can actually use once school starts back up.

We’ve all been there: you step out of your class for just 5 minutes, only to come back to a list of 15 "noisemakers"—and 10 of them are just students the class captain has a personal issue with 😂

Instead of telling them to "keep quiet" before you walk out, give them an active speed task with a tight deadline. When their brains are busy racing against the clock, their mouths won't have time to make noise.
