Zee, Zee Rash . Your story is a special one I choose to hold sacred. Even through personal storms, you showed up for me.

You said, “I’ll be there,” and you were. You took up responsibilities so I wouldn’t have to worry.

You made me feel like a queen. You even brought your dad in a day before the event—he became our driver, helping with final logistics.

Zee, thank you. I Judith Igemokhai will never forget.

It is okay not to be okay, but don’t stay not okay for too long, so that depression doesn’t come and take over

The quote was from our key note speaker and it beautiful to hear a teenager repeat it after weeks of the event

The best part of the conference, sincerely is the follow up part

Having to hear student share the new thing they learnt and how they are gradually implementing some of it, is rewarding

We look forward to more feedback from these students

Thank You, Dr. Kutyyi

Your session, “Exams, Anxiety & You: Real Talk on Stress and How to Handle It,” was not just timely. it was transformational. You didn’t just speak about stress; you met our teenagers right where they were, in the thick of their academic pressure, with a voice that was both strong and soothing.

You gave them language for what they were feeling, tools to manage it, and the confidence to face exams with a new sense of calm and clarity.

But perhaps the greatest testimony to your impact has been in the weeks that followed. During our school follow-ups, your name keeps echoing from the hearts and lips of the students. They remember your words, your warmth, your affirmations.

They speak of you not just as a facilitator, but as someone who truly saw them. You have become a reference point in their mental health journey and that is no small thing.

Thank you, Dr. Kutyyi, for being a light, a guide, and a steady presence in a space that so many teens struggle to navigate alone. We are grateful beyond words for the depth of your impact and the hope you’ve sown into the next generation.

Thank You, Mr. Abdulazeez
Your session on “Mental Health and Academic Pressure” spoke directly to the silent battles so many teenagers face, the emotional weight of expectations from school, parents, and peers. You created a safe, honest space where our teens felt seen, heard, and understood.

With every word, you helped them unpack the invisible load they carry and offered them healthy ways to cope, breathe, and take back control over their minds and emotions.

What stood out most was your ability to balance truth with tenderness naming the pressure while empowering the students to rise above it.

You gave them permission to feel, to ask for help, and to redefine success in a way that protects their well-being.

Many left your session lighter, more confident, and filled with hope.

Thank you, Mr. Abdulazeez, for being a voice of reason and reassurance in a world that often demands more than teens can give.

Your impact is lasting, and your presence was a true gift to this movement for youth mental health.

Thank You, Dr. Dooshima
Your session on “Mental Health, Discipline, and Phone Addiction” was nothing short of eye-opening. You tackled a struggle so many teens silently face, how their phones, though helpful, have become distractions that quietly drain motivation, discipline, and mental clarity. You didn’t just talk about the problem, you showed them the way out, step by step, with empathy and practical guidance.

What makes your session so unforgettable is the ripple effect it’s already having.

Just this week, during a school follow-up, a student shared how it felt like you were speaking directly to her soul. She realized her phone was her biggest obstacle but didn’t know how to overcome it until she heard you speak.

Now, she’s made real changes. From being unable to stay off her phone for more than 10 minutes, she’s now creating space going 30 minutes and beyond, focusing on her academics, and gradually reclaiming control.

And she wanted us to tell you, from the bottom of her heart: Thank you.

Dr. Dooshima, your voice sparked something powerful. Your words are still working, still shaping better habits, still building stronger minds.

Thank you for your honesty, your wisdom, and your heart. You’ve made an impact that’s already bearing fruit and we are beyond grateful.
