Students in individual Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education and other Tertiary Schools who have registered as student members of the AIBS may form themselves into AIBS Student Chapter (ASC).
Through ASCs, the AIBS seeks to:
Expose students to the use of computer simulation tool to acquire Business Experience, they can sell to potential employers before they leave school.
Help students acquire Business and Entrepreneurship skills through creating and running virtual reality companies using simulations to give them a head-start in the real world after school.
Help students build connections to experienced professionals in the business world from whom they can receive career advice and guidance.
Assist students in internship and job placement.
Provide students with opportunities to enter for Business plan creation and management competitions, locally and internationally.
Provide students with opportunities to build positive character and leadership skills through community improvement oriented voluntary work.
Provide students with a platform to practice and to acquire valuable leadership skills.
Reward students who demonstrate exceptional leadership in contributing to the goals of the AIBS and to the community around their schools.
Requirements:
Open for interested students who have all joined the AIBS as student members.
Open for students who have strong belief in and readiness to apply personal time and energy to support the goals of the AIBS.
On this note, we are calling on all registered AIBS student members and non members who have interest in change to identify with ‘AIBS Unilag Student Chapter’ initiative.
