We’re seeking a Social Media & Communications Associate** to join our team and help strengthen RETTI’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field
✅ Hands-on social media management experience + a strong portfolio
✅ Video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong storytelling, creativity, and trend awareness
✅ Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines
✅ Proactive, energetic, team-oriented mindset
✅ Passion for renewable energy, education, or social impact is an added advantage

The secret to a well-designed solar power system isn't simply using expensive equipment, it's designing a system where every component works together to deliver the right amount of energy safely, efficiently, and reliably over many years.

A good solar design follows these key principles:

✅ First start with the load, not the panels: the first step is understanding how much electricity the customer actually needs.
This includes:
▪️Daily energy consumption (kWh/day)
▪️Peak power demand (kW)
▪️Critical vs. non-critical loads
▪️Future expansion plans
An oversized system wastes money, while an undersized system leads to poor performance.

✅Conduct a proper site assessment.
Before designing:
▪️Measure available roof or ground space.
▪️Identify shading from trees, buildings, or other obstacles.
▪️Check roof orientation and tilt.
▪️Assess structural integrity.
▪️Understand local weather and solar irradiance.

✅Size the system correctly.
Every component should be matched:
The goal is to achieve maximum performance without overloading or underutilizing any component.
