Whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding, the learning curve is steep. Latching issues, sore ni***es, cluster feeding—it’s a lot.
Prepare:
* Ni**le cream and breast pads
* Watch basic latch videos beforehand
* Have a backup feeding plan (just in case Of bruising)
* Stock up on formula (if you have the means) so you don’t go through the hassle of changing formula and baby’s reaction to it.

Postpartum Morning After a Long Night
(This one is real, raw, and often overlooked)
What helps in that fragile morning:
Do the bare minimum first
Feed the baby. Drink water. Sit down. That’s enough to start.
Warm drink ritual
Tea, coffee, or just hot water can ground you emotionally.
* Gentle light exposure
Open a window or step outside briefly—it helps reset your body clock.
Simple nourishment
Toast, oats, eggs, something easy. Blood sugar affects mood heavily.
Lower expectations for the entire day
A rough night = a slower day. Adjust instead of fighting it.
Ask for help early, not when you’re breaking down
Even small help (holding the baby while you shower) matters.
📌Quiet truth:
You can feel exhausted, fragile, even detached, and still be a good mother.

Am deliberate about making sure my kids have a BELIEF SYSTEM...
It might not be so convenient most times, but that's what Responsibility is.
It's more difficult to navigate through the world systems and different idealogies without a belief system.
In summery; WHERE DO YOU BELONG?
DO YOU ENDEAVOUR TO CONNECT TO AND WITH THEM?
DOES YOUR KIDS KNOW WHAT AND WHERE YOU BELONG ?
HAPPY SUNDAY!
