Meet Sowande Michael, another of our Young Leaders at the Leadership Virtual Lab
He is 16 years of age and here's what he had to say:

I learnt a lot about leadership and it's behavioral characteristics, Some of which are:
Carrying his/her followers along and inspiring them to create positive impact.
One who has goals, visions and mission, setting targets and achieving them.
One who stands out and leads by example.
To become a leader doesn't mean you have to attain a particular position first, leadership occurs at all spheres of life.
A good leader must know his/her strengths and weaknesses and have good relationships with his/her followers.
A leader should not limit him/herself, should try to the best of his/her ability to get things done.
A leader should be a good communicator with the ability to proffer solutions to raging challenges.

In all of this, I stand to make it known that in all spheres of life, I will maintain the qualities of a good leader.
I commend Rebook Africa for this insightful training, it was indeed a blast! ❤️

Meet another of our Young Leaders from the 3-Days Virtual Leadership Lab, Blessing David Udokang.
She is 17 years of age and here is what she had to say:

Firstly, I use this medium to officially thank God for such an opportunity and to the organizers who contributed in making this training a blast.
I've learnt a lot including how to be a leader whilst positively influencing others, which has always been my goal. I've also learnt to lead by example and giving ear to people's opinions. I wouldn't forget in a hurry the 17 goals I learnt in the course of this training.
All that I've learnt on this great platform can't just be bottled to myself and so I make this pledge:

To be the best version of myself and encourage other aspiring leaders to do so too.
To lay down the baton of leadership to the younger ones out there, just as the great facilitators of the training have done.

Once again, a remarkable "Thank you " to Rebook Africa ❤️

Meet one of the Young Leader from our 3-Days Leadership Virtual Lab
16 year old Aaron Abidemi had this to say:

First of all, I say a big thank you to Rebook Africa for this amazing opportunity.
I learnt a lot! Some of which are:

Leadership requires being goal oriented, persistent and leading by example.
Being a leader is tasking but at the same time not to be taken advantage of. Occasionally, it might not be so rewarding but it is fulfilling if one is committed.
As a leader, listening to one's followers and having understanding from diverse perspectives before proffering solutions is crucial.
Being a leader also has to do with humility and being able to listen to people, carry them along in order to fulfill a set goal.
All these and much more that were taught, have completely changed my perspective of a whole lot as well as my aspirations in life.
It was indeed a great privilege to have been a partaker of such insightful and eye opening sessions.
Thank you Rebook Africa! ❤

You too can help us!

Majority of the problems we have across the continent find their root cause to be Leadership-related. Most of our leaders are only interested in the positions and not the responsibilities that comes with it.

We are set to change this narrative by engaging teenagers in a three days leadership virtual lab this weekend.

You can also help us achieve this by donating to this cause. Donate to our teenagers' internet data fund. This fund will be used to purchase internet data for the teenagers in our community as they begin their learning this weekend.

Send a DM to donate. Your token can go a long way!
