Temple School, in collaboration with Greenwood House School, proudly hosted Autism Awareness Picnic 2026 — an impactful Autism Awareness initiative themed “Spread Out the Blanket - Everyone belongs.” A powerful reminder that inclusion means creating space for everyone.

The event brought together parents, caregivers, professionals, and students in an atmosphere designed not just for learning, but for meaningful connection. Through engaging discussions, shared experiences, and interactive activities, participants gained deeper insight into autism and the importance of embracing children with special needs with understanding, patience, and love.

We were especially honored to have this initiative captured and shared by SilverBird News24, amplifying the message of awareness and inclusion to a wider audience. Moments like these remind us that the conversation around inclusion is still evolving — and intentional steps like this are how we move forward.
