ELiT ADVANCE is HERE!

The ELIT Advance diet embodies numerous values. On the first day (this coming Saturday) of the training alone, we will delve into the second part of The Sacred Things course. These are aspects that a leader should not take lightly or be lackadaisical about. There are covenant must-dos and must-not-dos regarding the knowledge with which a leader must be grounded.

We will also cover Effective Communication II, where we will explore the Anatomy of a good explanation and the Non-Violent Communication Model, equipping leaders with advanced communication capabilities as covenant people.

These courses are essential for developing well-rounded leaders.
