As I continue to engage bartenders across the country, one thing stands out , there's a huge gap in "foundational bartending knowledge".

Some "bartender" are glorified waiters. I'm not saying you must possess certifications from Harvard or some fancy name.

Do you know there are some free courses and resources online to enhance your efficiency?
These resources can help you build your résumé too.
Google is your friend.

Before the flair, the cocktails, and the content, we need to rebuild the basics.
