As the popular saying goes : "New year ,new system " This axiom is applicable to both lives and businesses ! A life and business without new systems ,ideas and changes ,will systematically miss and lose out that year ! Any School Owner that fails to introduce new changes and systems into the School for another year will miss and fail to record tangible and substancial growth that year ! Every change or system you introduce into your business ,will automatically work with the law of attraction and attracts to itself a corresponding result 🀭✍🏻

πŸŒ‚ One of the Schools I consult for had twelve buses but instead of growth,the bus department was bringing a lot of headaches to me as a Consultant and affecting the growth of the School negatively ,so I cancelled it in January 2021 and the growth of the School stablished and je**ed up 😳

πŸ‘Ύ I introduced " *Competition* *class* " for one of my Schools in 2017 and made compulsory for all Pupils and Students of the School ,to God be the glory ,the School came second,third and fifth at different external competitions that year πŸ˜€βœπŸ»

πŸ‘‰ You may have good physical structure , good teachers but if you fail to bring in new new things and systems for a new year, there will be no growth , though the School may not close down 🀭

1️⃣ . In the area of academics , what changes are you bringing in ? My son in Basic two told me yesterday that they now have English Language and Mathematics Teachers separately instead of one Teacher teaching all the Subjects , honestly,I was happy with the idea πŸ˜€! I once introduced "fingered Mathematics " to one of my Schools at the beginning of a new year ,fingered Mathematics makes calculations ,simple arithmetics and Mathematics easy .🀏🏾✍🏻

2️⃣ . *Leadership :* When a school has leadership issues ,growth is suspended or aborted . School operation in this 21st century needs a well grounded leadership touch . A school with accidental leadership will find it difficult to grow . Accidental leadership in school setting is a situation where the Proprietor and the Head Teacher of the School don't know their areas of duties and responsibilities. A school with accidental leadership will lack objectivity ! Therefore ,this year ,what improvements and changes are you introducing into your School ? Understand fully well that leadership is hard work ,it goes beyond wearing suits and raising shoulders . For a School to work in all areas ,it must have a working leadership . Bring changes here . Introduce *M.B. O .* ! Alright ?

3️⃣. *Spiritual department* : What changes are you bringing here ,list them down ! It doesn't matter where the School is located and operated from ,when it lacks important nuggets in this area ,other ideas and changes introduced in other departments become useless . A Teacher in one of the Schools I consult for was the prayer leader but outside the School was a big enemy who was diligently working against the interest of the School and sabotaging my efforts.What is the purpose of having a Teacher that pray violently for the School in the morning but in the evening destroying the School? The hawk _ eyed man of the inside located and showed her the exit gate . This marked the era of peace and some levels of growth . A Proprietor that's not serious spiritually , will definitely lack numerical testimony. This area also needs new things ,see to it .

*Boosting September enrollment* *through the third term activities* πŸ‘ŒβœοΈ

Third term is the last term of every academic year. It's also a determinant of whatever will happen in another session. It's an injury term .This write up focuses on how to maximize third term to boost your school enrollment efforts πŸ‘ŒβœοΈ

1️⃣. *All Marketing activities should* *be carried in third term* : A Proprietor that doesn't do Marketing in third term will regret it in September. You need to understand that third term is the last term that some of your Parents will spend with you, as they have already concluded plans to go to another school .Therefore, ensure your marketing are creative and done aggressively so that it can attract a good number Prospects that will outnumber those leaving ✍️😱

2️⃣. *Use third to broadcast and* *spread the past and even present* *achievements of your* *school* : Create positive vibes ,buzz and news for your by rebroadcasting and spreading the past and present achievements. When I became the Consultant of a school in 2017 , one of strategies I used was the rebroadcasting and spreading of the past achievements: the school had participated in some competitions and performed well , so I created a *media department* that kept posting and broadcasting the achievements of the school, the idea helped and boosted the numerical strength of the school Whatver facility you are getting in third term should be celebrated to the Parents .Let them know that you just have just got ten Computers, inform them that you have just acquired a brand new bus ..Tell them about the Projector and interactive board you just acquired for the school.

3️⃣. *The activities of third term* *should be be planned well with* *creative touches* ..The Children's day , end of session party. These events will play significant roles in your enrollment effort.

4️⃣. *Study your Competitors* : Competitors will ginger you to take better steps when you take time to study them . Show me a School Owner that doesn't take Competitors' steps seriously , I will show you a Proprietor that will receive big blows from the Competitors 😊. In 2018 and through intelligent findings, "we heard " that one of the Competitors of my Client had mapped out some steps that would affect my Client 's school ,we then also took steps that nullified the evil plan ahead of time . Either overly or covertly, ensure you study your Competitors. You may need a competition analysis template here

5️⃣. *Come up with better* *offers ,bundles and programs* : The whole of third term should be used to create enrollment funnels through better offers, better bundles and programs. One of the ideas that triggers business growth is better bundles. Create and publicize them in third term

*Internal growth accelerates* *external growth* : *How to* *grow your school within* ✍️➿( 1️⃣)

Growth has process ! It's always always triggered by some factors . One of the reasons some schools have never recorded any form of exponential growth is because they have not grown within . 😳

πŸ‘‰ I took over a School last week and noticed that the Parents of the school are factionalized : A faction loyal to the Proprietor and another faction to the Head Teacher of the school . How do one expect such a school to grow ? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

πŸ‘‰ After many years of implementing different strategies for growth and without the desired growth. I and my Client looked within and discovered the real problem .

➿ Internal growth will definitely accelerate the desired numerical goal . The following should be be put in place πŸ‘‡

1️⃣. *Ensure in your present* *level that your academic* *activities are excellent and* *first to none* .The present Customers of your school will give you referrals if they're delightedly satisfied with your activities .

2️⃣. *Develop and implement* *retention programs that will* *harmonize all the Parents* *together* . Parents Banquet forum , Breakfast with the Proprietor are some of these programs . They have indeed worked wonders in some of the schools I work with 🀏

3️⃣. *Behave and show both* *the Parents and Staff that you* *in charge* . Staff taking decisions without your okay should not be allowed. What's happening in Nigeria today is because we have a President that's not in charge . Therefore,show leadership !

4️⃣. *Implement internal* *marketing activities that will* make the Parents impossible to leave your school and as well trigger frequent patronage .

5️⃣. Take care of your staff ,your internal growth depends on this .

6️⃣. *Foundational problem is* *one of the reasons many* *good schools don't* *grow* . Try and make sure all foundational issues are settled either through prayers or physical means .An Octogenarian once told me that it will be very difficult for other businesses except farming to grow in the area because farming business was the *Covenant* and agreement they had with the land . At the area am talking about , over ten schools were put up for sales between September and December simply because the Owners are tired and frustrated . He who asks questions ,never misses road πŸ˜ƒ. I have to drop the idea of buying a school for my Client in the area .
*Note* : If not dealt with, foundational problem has a way of rubbishing every effort to grow a school .

7️⃣. *A* *school without* *structure cannot grow* . The structure I am talking about goes beyond the physical building . A disorganized school will find it difficult to attain exponential growth because it has no base . A school where any Member of the staff collecs t school fees from Parents will soon fold up. A mushroom school is where the Head Teacher is still the one collecting school fees and other fees . I have noticed that when a Proprietor dies , the school collapses one or two terms because the Owner ( Proprietor) failed to put in place structure when He /She was alive . When a school lacks structure, disunity , unecessary competition even with the so called Proprietor and all manners of abnormalities set in .

*Dear School Owners ,* *Please ,commence* *preparations for 2nd term* *enrollments*

Time waits for nobody ,I believe you know that ? , every desired "push " needs a Pusher , do you know that ? If one fails to plans ,such a Person plans to fail ! You must have heard this before ? 😳

All manners of radarada( rubbishes ) that happened this year affected our schools' growth especially this term . This is why am urging us to commence second term enrollments preparations now

1️⃣ Once again be strong and leave behind the Nigeria factors that have militated against the growth of our schools .I can't really blame some Proprietors that landed in the hospital as a result of frustrations , depressions and hardships arising from the three Ps .

*The preparations for second* *term enrollments* *should follow this pattern* πŸ‘‡πŸΏ

2️⃣. Ensure there is a regular communication with the Parents whose Children have not resumed . Some of these Parents believe there is still CoVID_ 19 and there is likely their Children contact it ,other believe their Children should still be at home because the term is short . Anyhow it is , let there be communication if you don't want other schools to collect them from you .

3️⃣. *Gather and implement* *strategies for massive* *enrollments in second term :* Business development and growth needs strategy . He who desires to win in business must be tactical and strategic . Exponential growth in school business in the 21st century Is for rugged strategists . Last year to be precise ,a Client implemented " *co_op marketing "* and from this single strategy , the school got twelve Parents( 18 Children) in one term . School growth is simple with strategies. Gather and implement them .

4️⃣. *With the gathering and* *implementation of strategies,* *add mop_up* *sales tactics to it .*

*TIPS TO KEEP YOUR SCHOOL* *AFLOAT AFTER* *COVID_19* πŸ€πŸ‡βœοΈ

1️⃣. *Do away with unecessary* *and frivolous* *expenses* . A school hired two partime Teachers to teach " *Diction and speech* *elocution* " In my own opinion, one proficient, versatile and experienced Person should be able to handle both courses . Frivolous, reckless and outlandish expenses is a monster that will derail silently ,the growth of your school.

2️⃣. *Charge* *reasonably ,demand for* *money with wisdom :* One of the Parents that left a school said they did so because of the excessive charges of the Proprietor of the School. The man made it compulsory for all Parents to buy the Customized face shield and sanitizer, all books and others . As at third of resumption, a larger percentage of the Parents have formed alliances with other schools. Only God knows the Person that bewitched the man . Well ,the beginning of witchcraft is foolishness . πŸ€”.

3️⃣. *Invest tactically in* *marketing :* Enrollment answers to marketing and when marketing is tactical, enrollment becomes massive . If you have never invested in marketing before ,this is the best time to do so because without marketing, there can't be sales . Not marketing at this time is like you're sitting on a keg of gun powder . πŸ˜ƒ

4️⃣. *Ensure your school* *stands out* : A school without " a standout feature "will fallout . Competition in school can never be curtailed one thing that will disorganize competition and make you gain advantage is your uniqueness . I once wanted my son to learn coding and was compelled to scout for one that offers it around . One thing must differentiate your school from others in the locality. School operation in the 21st century is made easy when it is different from the others .

*TIPS FOR POST COVID _19 SCHOOL* *GROWTH* ✍

No doubt about it ,COVID _19 is gradually waning and those playing politics with it have realized their games are up . The negative impact of this pandemic are many to mention and may be with us for years . However , as Schools resume today for examination classes , outstanding strategies must be mapped out for the quick recovery of whatever has been lost and I believe these tips will be of a tremendous helps to all of us :

*1⃣Re_plan everything about the* *growth of your school :* I believe you know that COVID _19 has destabilized a lot of wonderful and awesome plans we made at the beginning of this year .You need to go back to the table and re_plan before it is too late .

2⃣. *Be creative about your school :* If you have not experienced the heat of competition before as a Proprietor ,this is the time it will be experienced and only creativity will save you from that heat . Ideas don't just rule the World but new ideas do . To generate results that will quickly cancel all loses ,employ "the better way " of doing that thing . Ask yourself ," *Is there a better way of* *doing this ?*

3⃣. *Use striking offers :* Striking offers give every business an opportunity for exponential growth . A school that fails to apply the place of striking offers at time special time ,may arrogate its lack of growth to some evil forces . I ordered for a perfume online and within twenty _four hours ,it was delivered with an added gift for my wife ,this gesture prompted me to recommend other People to that company . At one of the Schools I consult for , the price of obtaining admission form was reduced by 65% and apart from this ,the prospective Students were given free face shields and others .As a result of these gestures, the number of the prospective Students the following month je**ed up .You see , a School looking beautiful is okay but a school without striking offers at this time will soon experience a fantastic loss .Mouth watering ,mouth opening and striking offers are needed to outsmart your Competitors

4⃣ . *You need marketing out of the* *box* : This is marketing of your school by yourself and it is the best form of marketing . I will elaborate on this much later .

5⃣. *Develop a culture for fast* *growth* : Culture they say is a way of life ,this connotes that a school without culture is a lifeless school . I traveled to Kwara State to inspect a school before schools were asked to shut down ,as I went round the classes ,I discovered a larger percentage of the Staff chewed gums and I asked the Honourable Proprietor if they pregnant . I wasn't surprised with the level of the growth of the school .A school where female Teachers put on tight skirts that shape and reveal their pants is undoubtedly raising demons and not leaders of tomorrow . You must not take chances . Develop guiding policies and revisit yours if they are too watery . I noticed a school beside a Client didn't have policies ,Teachers behave abnormally ,Students and Pupils lack direction and I capitalized on this to grow my Client' s school .Parents are not fools .We were able to get over forty Pupils and even some of the Teachers from the culture less school .

6⃣. *Revamp your academic* *programs* : I don't think you need a Seer to tell you that your school academic programs and activities need to be reviewed for better results that will compel new Parents .What some of us called "diction " is nothing but a waste of time and resources . Many schools have opted for speech elocution instead of the archaic diction . Where is the place of Mental and finger Mathematics in our curriculum ? What about immersion program ?

7⃣. *Source for funds* : Without money ,ideas become useless .Waiting to gather money from Parents may be late .School growth needs money .

*TIPS FOR STAGGERED SCHOOL* *RESUMPTION*✍🏻

1⃣.Ensure you make provisions for nose mask ,face shield, sanitizer, infrared thermometer, wash hand basin and running water

2⃣ Ensure the sitting arrangements are staggered πŸ‘¨β€πŸ¦Ό πŸ‘©β€πŸ¦½ πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ¦Ό

3⃣.Availability of of health facilities and registered Nurses to monitor Pupils and staff health status

4⃣. Ensure social and physical distancing in the School is maintained πŸ™Žβ€β™€οΈ πŸ’‡πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

5⃣.Hold meeting with the Parents involved in the staggered resumption ,not all Parents will want their children to resume, modalities must be put in place ,online School should continue

6️⃣. Ensure your School is safe and clean for resumption, remove doubts from Parents by tidy up your School environment

7️⃣. Use the staggered resumption to attract other Pupils to your School to make up with those that have stylishly left your School. When a School doesn't make effort to grow it exponentially, satan is on the case of such a School. There should be no vacation in School growth . Before the pandemic, I was a Consultant to 47 Schools and presently to 53 schools in different States.There should be no vacation in School growth. With the handwriting on the wall ,full School resumption may be in September , therefore, use the period of the staggerd resumption to grow your School like never before.
