Documenting my journey from small views to bigger reach
“I’m not starting with thousands of views. I’m starting with what I have—and documenting what happens next.”
I’m documenting my journey from small views to bigger reach, and I want to share something
I’m learning along the way:
Growth is not always obvious while it’s happening.
Today you might get 100 views.
Tomorrow, 300.
Another day, your post might unexpectedly reach thousands.
The important thing is to pay attention to what happens between those numbers.
Here’s what I’m focusing on:
1. Stronger hooks
If people don't stop scrolling, they won't see the value in the rest of your post.
2. Better content
I'm asking myself: “Would I actually save or share this?”
3. Understanding my audience
I'm paying attention to the questions, problems and topics people respond to.
4. Studying my results
Instead of simply saying “this post flopped,” I'm asking why.
5. Repeating what works
Not copying the same post, but understanding the idea behind what performed well.
I'm not pretending I have everything figured out.
I'm building, testing, learning and documenting.
And hopefully, someone starting from where I am today will learn from the journey too.
Save this if you're also building from zero.
Small views don't mean you're failing. Sometimes they're simply part of the data you need to study before you find what works.
I'm documenting the process. ❤️
