Same logic applies to the counter-argument for hardwork. Many successful people are posting videos about hardwork being their success secret.

Let them walk backwards and try hardwork without direction.

Except for very few cases the generality of successul men and women go through CLARITY (to choose a clear goal), STRATEGY (decide on a plan to achieve the goal), then EXECUTE (Hardwork) + God's luck!
Some do it unconsciously, which is why they give this one sided advice, some do it because they had mentors, others through din of observation and studying, yet others through clan culture (Onitcha Bilionaires)

Same applies to marketing communications or its most popular child, advertising.

It's not how early you get to the marlet or how late you leave. Punctuality will help when you have done the basics.
You can't have a product I don't like and think you will sell more than someone who has what I like but who says "Shop opens between 12pm & 2pm".

Moral of this rant: Noise is good when you have something worth shouting about.
