Title: My Double Blessing
When I found out i was pregnant, my heart filled with quiet joy. From the very beginning, everything felt calm and smooth. I stayed healthy, ate well, and attended all my hospital visits.
At her first scan, the sonographer:smiled and said, “You’re carrying twins.”
Me: how? Please check well(was 7weeks and 3 days)
Sonographer: You don't want twins?Me: not really but am planning on doing my internship this year and wont be convinent with a twin pregnancy
Sonographer: Did ur mum birth twins or anyone from your mums side?
Me: Yes,my maternal grandmother sonographer: Is in your lineage na,but i understand your point
Sonographer: is it your first pregnancy?
Me: 3rd
Then am already feeling twice the love growing inside me🥰
I came out and texted my husband and my friend.
The months passed peacefully. I felt gentle kicks—sometimes one, sometimes two—as if the babies were softly greeting me😂😂. There were no complications, only steady growth and constant reassurance from my doctors that everything was going perfectly.
By the 37th week, I was ready.
At the hospital, everything went smoothly. With strength and calmness, I delivered my babies—two healthy girls, crying beautifully into the world.
Tears of joy filled my eyes as i held them close.
“Welcome, my angels.
And just like that, my journey—from a peaceful pregnancy to a safe birth—became a story of double love and perfect timing.
