They keep on creating endless suffering for themselves!
A lot of people think they are suffering life but the reality is that they are not.
Apart from physical suffering or threat
The rest are all made up
What happened yesterday, 5 days, 10 years ago.....
They bring it to their head and suffer it one million times.
They not only recall these events but relive the negative emotions felt (traumas)
They think of all the negative events that may happen Tomorrow,
They make all sorts of negative predictions about their Future
Now They suffer these events in their head before it even happens
Half of their day is filled with thoughts of their familiar past and predictive future.
They recycle these thought processes every day
Now it happens on autopilot
Their brain has mastered doing these without their input.
They struggle to focus on the PRESENT.
What thoughts are you firing up in your brain every day?
"The way you think is the way you feel"
Our thoughts determine our emotions.
Don't go creating endless suffering for Yourself!

According to Science, Our Subconscious mind controls about 95% of our behaviours, actions, thought patterns and many others.
It's our Autopilot system or mechanisms
This mechanism is very important for us to function but unknown to us, we cultivate negative seeds in it.
You know what to do to get you where you want to be (our conscious mind) but you act or do the exact opposite - the existing programs in your subconscious are in control.
As an addict, You act compulsively with very little or no control when triggered, you get filled with regret or remorse thereafter for not being able to control yourself.

Program mind to serve you, it is your instrument of function, you shouldn't be enslaved by it
Seek mental clarity, Clarity equals Power
Override the subconscious programs that are limiting you.

Trying to be perfect in all you do will hinder growth and make you less productive.
If you must perfect something, perfect how you allocate your time or effort in other words the 80/20 rule.
This rule states that only 20% of the work (The Vital Few) determine 80% of its success rate and as such you should identify the vital 20%, put more effort and time into them and less into the remaining 80%.

A lot of people strive for perfection in everything they do.
They hold themselves to impossibly high standards and this, in turn, leaves a serious negative effect on their lives.
What they fail to understand is that their idea of perfection is subjective.
What you see as perfect may not be what others see as perfect and what we don't see as perfect others may see as perfect.
